Ashleigh grew up as a dancer from the age of 4 and continues to dance to this day. This led her into a love of running, triathlons, strength training, and all things fitness. She has run many marathons and completed four Ironman triathlons. As a StrongFirst level 2 certified kettlebell instructor and Certified Functional Strength Coach, her goal is to train her clients to be strong, functional, and resilient. She will motivate and inspire you to find and become your best self.
