There are many tough questions we must ask ourselves when faced with challenges.  While I can't solve all of your life's problems, I can certainly help to simplify the fitness process.

With over 30,000 hours of gym experience, I have just about seen it all, and most of it twice. I have certifications from the American Council on Exercise (Personal Trainer, 1997; Lifestyle and Weight Management Consultant, 1998), USA Track & Field (Coach, 2004), and The National Academy of Sports Medicine (Personal Trainer, 2010; Corrective Exercise Specialist, 2012).
Over the past 14 years I have trained clients in every classification.  Whether it's people that are new to exercise, or men and women competing in the Ironman Triathlon Series, I have worked with them all. My oldest client has been a 94 year old World War II veteran, and my youngest to date was a 6 year old t-ball phenom.  From my experiences in life and athletics, I feel at home working with anyone.  My specialty is anything running related.  Whether it's running speed for sports, running mechanics, injury prevention, or running efficiency, I get excited for it all. I've never met a runner I didn't like, or a problem that couldn't be fixed!

I have a tremendous passion for the artful science called personal training, where trainer and client form a successful team with a common goal.  I am enriched daily by the people I encounter and wouldn't want any other profession.

"If not me, then who? If not here, then where? If not now, then when?"
