OPEN GYM
Open Gym is held Every Saturday from 11am-2pm. This is Full Gym Access exclusively and Complimentary for Evolve Clients! So
come in and do your warm up, workout, and stretch on your own. Your trainers will be proud!  You can also come in and work on your skills, recovery training, or just hang out! Usage of the equipment is going to be on a first come first serve basis. Trainers and Staff will be present if you have any questions. No registry required. We look forward to seeing you in here!

 


Melissa's Functional Fitness Kids Camp (Ages 6 and Up) 

Saturdays 8:30am


Functional movements include exercises that are fundamental to our everyday lives and improve our ability to engage in a multitude of activities and sports.

Boot Camp (7pm Monday and Wednesday)

An ULTIMATE body burning work out that integrates high intensity cardio drills and resistance training so you can bring out your inner ANIMAL. This fun, energetic, and intense Boot Camp incorporates military style training fit for all fitness levels.


EVE'S MORNING BOOT CAMP CLASS: 5:00 am-(Monday,Wednesday Thursday, Friday)
Boot Camp mixes traditional calisthenic and body weight exercises with interval and strength training. Discover your inner athlete and have fun!! This class is based on athletic conditioning drills, plyometrics, and calisthenics.

Eve will mix it up using a variety of exercise styles and equipment creating a balanced workout for a healthier you!

EVOLVE FITNESS TRACK CLUB


We formed the Evolve Fitness Track Club because of Personal Trainer and Running Coach Jeff Zollicoffer’s (USA Track & Field) desire to support local runners and the community. You’ll discover it’s a lot of fun and you’ll make new friends along the way.

We all run for different reasons: exercise, stress relief, socializing, motivation, you name it, we feel running can play an important part in whatever your goal is. The beauty of running is that it truly is for everyone. Whether you're shooting for a marathon , looking to finish a 5K, needing to drop a few pounds or simply wanting to contribute to your favorite runners' success, everyone has different goals, and we're here to help you achieve them. Evolve Fitness Track Club is committed to growing and contributing to our local running community and we'd love to have you to be a part of it.

If you are training for a 5k, 8k or a longer event, this club can truly help you along the way.

Evolve Fitness Track Club meets Sundays at 7:30am
